Tamarack Resort, Idaho
Tamarack is an independent, 4 season resort
located 90 miles north of Boise, Idaho. It's a bit off the beaten path, making it feel like a well kept secret. Once here, you find 2,800 vertical feet on 2,000 acres for skiing, along with its on mountain lodging and other resort amenities making it the perfect destination ski area. Long runs and short lift lines means you can get a lot of skiing in during a day. You'll enjoy world class amenities with a casual, friendly atmosphere.
There are 50 named runs: 16% beginner; 36% intermediate and 42% advanced/expert

January 4-8, 2024

Powder Mountain, Utah
Powder Mountain boasts the most skiable acres of any resort in North America with over 8,400 acres of skiable terrain and 500+ inches of snow each year. Powder stashes can be found for days with 1,200 acres of lift accessed off piste powder runs with shuttle rides back to the area included in the lift ticket. In- bounds Snowcat skiing available for "side-country" experiences. This is an enormous ski area with essentially no lift lines and wide open slopes as lift ticket sales are limited and people can spread out over the more than 8,000 acres.
There are 154 named runs: 25% beginner; 40% intermediate and 35% advanced.
3 and 5 day trips are designed for intermediate or higher level skiers.

Mt. Bachelor, OR
Located in the Central Oregon cascade mountains, Mt. Bachelor offers 4,300 acres of lift accessible terrain. It is known for its diverse terrain, long season and family friendly atmosphere. Mt. Bachelor receives about 450" of snow annually. There are 101 runs with the longest run being 4 miles in length. A vertical drop of 3,365' provides terrain options for everyone. 15% Beginner runs, 35% Intermediate runs, 30% Advanced runs,(black diamond) and 20% Expert runs (double black diamond)
